Conference Fees
The registration fees include the book of abstracts, participation in all sessions, coffee breaks, a reception and the conference banquet. Once registered you can choose to have a lunch at the conference site on selected days. The menu for each day together with the price is available here. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be notified by January 15, 2012 and should then pay the registration fee by May 1 to guarantee inclusion of their paper in the programme and in the book of abstracts. Each registered author may present only one paper. Student Fees: To qualify for the student fee, a confirmation of student status is required. Students should provide a certificate from their institution or a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student. The certificate or the letter should then be uploaded during the registration in the CATS Conference Administration Tool Set. Subsequently, payment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address once your payment has been processed. Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be reimbursed subject to a cancellation fee of 100 Euros to cover administrative costs if a request is received in writing by June 10, 2012. Authors of abstracts with scheduled presentations will not be entitled to any refund if they cancel after May 1, 2012.
